4. Course Enrollment and Registration

4.1 Enrollment Process

To enroll in a course, you must complete the enrollment form on our website or contact us directly. Enrollment is confirmed only after we have acknowledged your registration in writing (by email or phone).

4.2 Course Availability

All courses are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify any course, batch, or intake at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, enrolled students will be offered an alternative batch or a full refund of any fees paid.

4.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information during enrollment, including your name, contact details, educational background, and skill level. Providing false information may result in immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

4.4 Student Conduct

Students enrolled in our programs are expected to:

5. Fees and Payment

5.1 Course Fees

Course fees are communicated at the time of enrollment. All fees are quoted in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change at our discretion, but any change will not affect confirmed enrollments.

5.2 Payment

Payment must be made in accordance with the payment terms communicated at enrollment. We accept payments via the methods specified at the time of registration. Full payment or an agreed instalment must be received before or on the first day of the course, unless a specific payment plan has been arranged in writing.

5.3 Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
• No refund will be issued once the course has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.
• If we cancel a course or batch, enrolled students will receive a full refund or be transferred to an alternative batch at no extra cost.

6. Course Content and Certification

6.1 Course Content

We reserve the right to update, modify, or revise course content, curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials at any time to reflect industry changes or improvements in our programmes. Such changes do not entitle enrolled students to a refund.

6.2 Certification

Upon successful completion of a course, including attendance requirements and assessments, students will receive a certificate of completion from AITC Education. Certificates are issued in the student’s name as provided at enrollment. We are not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the student.

Our certificates are institutional credentials and do not constitute government-recognised qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6.3 Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, handouts, slides, and resources provided by AITC Education are the intellectual property of AITC Education or our licensed content providers. You may use these materials solely for your personal learning. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any course material without prior written consent.
• Use course content for commercial purposes.
• Share login credentials or course access with any third party.

7. Placement and Career Support

AITC Education offers placement assistance as a value-added service to eligible students. This includes career counseling, CV review, mock interviews, and referrals to our hiring partner network.

Placement support is provided on a best-efforts basis and does not constitute a guarantee of employment. We do not guarantee job placement, specific salary outcomes, or employment with any particular company. Placement outcomes depend on a student’s performance, skills, market conditions, and employer decisions, all of which are beyond our control.

To be considered for placement referrals, students must successfully complete their course and meet any additional criteria communicated during training.

8. College and Institutional Partnerships

Colleges and institutions that enter into a partnership with AITC Education agree to the following:

• Partnership terms, scope, and fees are governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
• Partner institutions are responsible for providing accurate information about their students and requirements.
• AITC Education reserves the right to terminate a partnership if the institution fails to meet agreed obligations or acts in a manner inconsistent with our values and standards.

These Terms apply to institutional partners in addition to any separate agreement in place.
